Jamie, The founder of Vat19.com, was looking to maximize the reach of his channel by making the most effective YouTube Thumbnails and Video Titles possible. To accomplish his dream of utilizing A|B Testing of different thumbnail and title designs, he needed and Photoshop Guru to own the creation of numerous thumbnail designs based on analytics. When I saw their need for help, I created a thumbnail showcasing how much fun the design process can be. This gave Jamie the confidence to bring me onto his team to manage their thumbnail design.

After brainstorming ideas for Thumbnails and Titles with the head writer Ben and photographer Corey, I would create multiple thumbnail images to be used in A|B Testing to determine which Thumbnail and Title Description combination was most effective before a video release. We often created 70+ variations before a final design and title were decided.

Within a couple of months of joining the team, I was able to streamline my process, which gave me time to launch and manage a TikTok account for Vat19.com and curate the company's Instagram and Facebook feeds.
